A successful Gator Nation Giving Day
Thank you for an outstanding sixth annual Gator Nation Giving Day.
Two-Bits for the Gators!!
The University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville thanks you for an outstanding sixth annual Gator Nation Giving Day. Your contributions support us in our mission to heal, to comfort, to educate and to discover.
In 24-hours you helped us raise $18,222, an increase from the more than $17,000 raised in 2023. With your support we also exceeded our goal of 225 gifts, receiving 235.
There was a total of eight funds to donate to between UF Health Jacksonville and the College of Medicine – Jacksonville. Four were specific to UF COMJ: The Graduate Medical Education Fund; Nuss Exemplary Leadership Fund; Malcolm T. Foster, M.D. Resident Scholarship Fund and the Joseph J. Tepas III, M.D., Excellence in Surgical Research Award.
Gator Giving Day impacts our faculty, residents and fellows by supporting initiatives that are vital to the growth and development of our campus. As a result of this effort, we have seen the addition of the Leon L. Haley, Jr., MD, Medical Student Lounge and the UF College of Medicine – Jacksonville Academic Media Room and more.
Thank you for Standing Up and supporting the phenomenal work we do here at UF COMJ.
