Our practice plan continues to grow in the number of sites and in patient volume.
Our practice plan, University of Florida Jacksonville Physicians, continues to grow in the number of sites and in patient volume. I’m excited to share updates on some of our newest locations.
- Our Nocatee practice in northern St. Johns County is set to open in April. We will offer primary care, pediatrics and mental health services.
- Our Baymeadows outpatient imaging center on Jacksonville’s Southside is scheduled to open in spring 2019. We plan to offer basic X-ray, ultrasound and mammography services.
- Our practice in the Cecil Commerce area on Jacksonville’s Westside is slated to open in late summer 2019.
- Our medical office building in the Wildlight community in Nassau County is on schedule to open in December 2019. Services will include urgent care, imaging, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, mental health and dentistry.
We continue to enhance patient communication through the MyUFHealth patient portal. We now have more than 90,000 users, and that number continues to grow. Overall, our goals remain the same: to provide timely access to our services and to foster excellent experiences for our patients.
There has been a lot of activity over the past few months and I want to take a moment, as we begin a new year, to thank our teams for their hard work in making things happen.
